Q. How can we contact you?
A. We have a live online chat (within work hours), click the icon in the bottom right corner to start the chat and we will be there as soon as we can. You can email us (see right side for email link). We have social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest. Or call us on 01995 60 72 72.
Q. I want to order timber/paving, how do I do it?
A. We always recommend ordering a sample before the purchase or coming to see the timber in person. To order large amounts, order directly from online or come into the showroom.
Q. Do you deliver large quantities of timber/paving?
A. Yes, we use external pallet companies for our timber/paving to ensure you receive your item in the best possible way.
Q. When are your phone lines open?
A. Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 8-5pm. But our emails are always open, so if you can't catch us on the phone, then fill in the contact form or contact us on social media.
Q. Will leather/fabric items be protected on the delivery?
A. We will do all we can to ensure you receive your South Planks item in perfect condition. Therefore, yes all items will be protected, whether this be bubble wrap, shrink wrap, boxed etc.
Q. Do you cut the timber to size?
A. We can cut the timber for you, however, there will be a cutting charge. Contact us with your cutting dimensions and we will give you a quote.
Q. Would you be interested in buying my reclaimed item?
A. Yes. We are not buying all the time but we always welcome photos of reclaimed items sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The buyer will review the item and contact if interested.
Q. Does your furniture come flat pack?
A. Some furniture requires assembling but not all do.
Q. Can you send items as a gift?
A. Gift wrap/gift sending is something we will definitely look into - stay tuned.
