Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the statue is made using a new and improved construction method. Made from cold cast iron, iron particles are suspended in a resin. The iron is most concentrated towards the outside of the statue, giving a pure iron coating. The statue is then rusted to make it seem like it has been in the garden for years. This production method gives the cockerel a level of detail that simply isn't possible for pure iron casts.
The statue will weather over time, enhancing its vintage appearance and developing a beautiful unique patina, texture and colours which adds to its charm. With its deep orange colour, this statue will stand out against a green lawn or amongst colourful flower beds.
